优质铝合金导辊

LEESUN铝合金导辊选用优质铝合金材质挤压成型，内有加强筋结构，强度高。全轴电脑平衡校正处理，使其平衡量
高达2g以内，并运用进口加工设备及特殊刀具、量具，使轮面粗糙度达1.6及0.8，同轴度为0.02mm。轴端经特殊工艺处理，
配合进口轴承，在高速运转下，皆能轻松自如运转。辊面样式可选择：光面、喷砂、滚花及特氟龙Teflon处理，表面还可
特殊硬化处理，使辊面硬度达HV300或HV700，具有良好的耐刮、耐磨性，延长使用寿命。
         LEESUN铝合金导辊具有强度高、阻力小、重量轻、转动圆滑、不生锈、耐磨耐腐性好之特性，特别适用于印刷、包
装、塑胶、电子电池等精密机械行业。并有多种结构形式选择：无轴型、带轴型、交叉螺纹线型、等螺距中心展开线型、
渐变螺距中心展开线型。
