一、安装install
1、电源：动力电源：直流60V，大于30A，滤波稳压电源；控制电源：直流12V。

2、压缩机与电机变频电源控制器连接：

三相线接口连接压缩机U——绿色，V——黄色，W——蓝色；三相线序决定压缩机的
转向，如果出现反转现象，请调换任意两相线的连接。
压缩机接口与变频电源控制器输出接口对应插好，扣紧。

3、变频电源控制器与直流60V 动力线连接：

66V 直流二线连接接口，正极——红色，负极——黑色；
电源接口端子与变频电源控制器输入端子对应连接好。

4、变频电源控制器控制电源输入连接：

控制电源是直流12V，控制线缆接口中两根电源线，正极——红色，负极——黑色；

5、变频电源控制器与操作面板装置连接：控制线缆4 端子接口连接变频电源控制器；控制
线缆DB9 接口与操作控制面板连接。

二、电动压缩机运行操作：
Electric compressor operation：
1、控制面板：按钮：S1——确定，S2——升速，S3——降速，S4——停止；数码管显示：
on——表示运行，p——表示停止，数字表示转速设置值。
2、电机启动：先给变频电源控制器提供直流60V，再将直流12V 电源接通。数码管显示“p”，
按一下S1 按钮，电机开始启动运转，默认设置速度为4500，数码管显示“on”。
3、速度调节：按一下S2 或者S3 按钮，可以来回设置升速或者降速，数码管显示相应的转
速值，选择好想要的速度后，按一下S1 按钮，电机将开始按指定的速度启动或者调速运转。
4、停止运转：按一下S4 按钮，电机停止运转，数码管显示“p”。若要再次启动电机，再
按一下S1 按钮启动电机。

四、注意事项：

1、 不能带电插拔连接器，不然会造成电路损坏。
